Time-sheet

Users can print out their own TimeSheets. Managers (i.e. those with appropriate authority) can access other users TimeSheets for printing out.

Using Staff Time analysis it is very easy to see exactly where last weeks time went to or last months or whatever. The TimeSlips can be filtered or sorted by any of the available fields. Once the grid shows what you want simply print it out.

Add time to each job during the day and the time-sheet is completed automatically.

Using the time-sheet:

  • allows time to be added easily during the day.
  • gives an instant view of un-invoiced hours for each job.
  • includes a list of recently viewed jobs to remind you what you've worked on during the day or week.
