Reminders & alarms
Although the diary works just like Outlook the real benefit is that alarms are linked to the job.
Right click on the diary and choose 'New Event'. An alarm for the appointment (which is automatically linked with the current job) will pop up to remind you.
Alarms:
- Can be set to remind you minutes or days before the event.
- Can be easily dismissed or postponed.
- Outstanding reminders can be seen at the touch of a button.
- Reminders can be set for multiple users.
- Do not have to be job linked.
