How is the TRIAL version limited?
It is a full operating version and will run for 90 days on a single machine.

Can I get support when using the TRIAL version?
Yes. We will be pleased to help but we would ask that you register for support. If you decide to download a copy without registering that is fine, but we would ask for your name and email if you request support.

Are there different versions of the software?
No. But this may change in the future. Presently there is a single user TRIAL version, a licensed single user version and a network version.

How do I purchase it?
Please look at the purchase options. The software can be rented/leased or purchased.

What do I get if I buy it?
The full version of the software with full support and free upgrades for the first 12 months. Support and upgrades after 12 months are available at a cost of 20% of the purchase price.

What if I wish to add more users?
We reissue the licences based upon how many users you are adding. The costs are as specified in purchase options.

How does support work?
We offer phone and email support. Issues are labelled according to importance and addressed accordingly.

Do you offer training?
Yes. The cost of training at user premises is £600 per day plus travel costs.

Does the application do email?
No. The application is not an email Client. You can send emails by clicking on any email address within the application and this will start your usual email Client (such as, but not limited to, Outlook or Outlook Express). Incoming emails are read as you read them now and can be stored to the appropriate job by simply dragging and dropping on the Files tab for the job.

Is the software being improved?
Yes continually! We are currently developing the management module which will track profits and offer job costing. We also take seriously all suggestions from our customers and if sufficient demand is there will make the appropriate changes.

Will you produce special changes just for one user?
We can, but it would be costly. It also makes distribution difficult as we have to provide different versions for different users. We could however provide add-ins linked to the main application.

What database is used?
We use DBISAM by Elevate Software. This a full client server database and is very stable.

Does the application do custom letters?
Yes. Letter templates are easily created and can be linked to the majority of the database fields. The templates appear automatically in the various popup menus.

Does the application do invoicing?
It does not presently link to accounts packages. Invoices are created for printing and passing to the person who creates the invoices.
